Registration
- Author Registration until 15 September 2026 (23:59 GMT)
- Authors of main conference papers
- Authors of workshop papers
- Participants of ECW and DSC
- Late registrations are welcome but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the Conference.
- A registrant may have at most two (2) papers published in the proceedings of the Conference. An additional fee of NZ$200 must be paid for the third paper.
- Early Bird Registration until 10 October 2026 (23:59 GMT)
- Regular Registration until 15 November 2026 (23:59 GMT)
Registration Cancellation Policy
Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but can nominate a representative to present their paper. There will be no refund on cancellation at ICCE 2026.
Registration Fee Inclusions
- Participation at the main conference and all pre-conference events for the registered individual
- Conference kit
- Morning/afternoon tea and lunch for the first four days. Morning tea only for the last day.
- Welcome Reception
- One year APSCE membership
You are an APSCE member if you registered for ICCE 2025. Please contact managingsecretary@apsce.net for any queries regarding APSCE membership.
Conference banquet is not included in the registration fee.

The below table shows the registration fees for various categories of registrations.

The registration fee above is for up to two papers. For a third paper, there is an additional fee of NZ$200.
Emerging Economies
Individuals from these emerging economies as defined by World Bank are qualified for a discounted rate.

Please note that the discounted rate is based on the country of the institution (or the main employer) that the registrant is affiliated to.
