All visitors to New Zealand must obtain an electronic Travel Authority (eTA) – please visit https://nzeta.immigration.govt.nz/ and complete the online application form. In addition, if you have a passport from a country that does not have visa waiver arrangement with New Zealand, then you need to apply for a visitor visa. We recommend applying at least 12 weeks out from your stay.
For participants who need a visa to travel to New Zealand, please email your name, affiliation and the paper number(s) to icce2026@canterbury.ac.nz and we will send you an invitation letter.
